While working I listen to some podcasts that entertain as well as educate on some shallow and highly specific subjects. I wanted to share some of the more impressive podcasts that keep me coming back for more.

Art and Story http://www.cvcomics.com/artandstory/
Hosted by Jerzy Drozd, Mark Rudolph and Kevin Cross. This podcast goes into great detail about the process of making comics, going to conventions and their experience as freelance illustrators. While I don’t make comics myself, I do find the information they discuss can carry over to other fields of art and interactivity. They are fun to listen to so if you have a little interest in art or comics I recommend giving the podcast a try.

Big Illustration Party Time http://www.illustrationparty.com/
Hosted by Kevin Cross and Joshua Kemble. It is a entertaining and informative podcast about being a freelance illustrator as well as working on comics on the side. They have had some good experiences and some bad ones and are willing to share them all.

You Had To Be There http://youhadtobetherepodcast.tumblr.com/
Hosted by Nikki Glases and Sara Schaefer. Tired of most comedy podcast being dominated by men? I was to. I wanted a different perspective and started searching for a podcast by women that would interest and entertain me. I came across this one and was quite impressed. It’s is best described as a casual going late night show. It is quite fun and the musical guest are great.

You Probably already know about these but they are worth mentioning.
